I’m back! And I’m miserably back at work (after arriving at JFK at 4:45 am…why did I decided to go straight to work?!?!)
Anyway, this post will be brief as my workouts were not extensive since I had this little thing called the Disney Dumbo Double Dare last weekend!
Pictures, posts, reviews and recaps will follow, but for now…the basics!
Monday – Rode Bike Down Volcano (Haleakala) in Maui (ok, this wasn’t really a workout, but since it involved me waking up at 1:30 am, I didn’t really do much else that day. 27 Push-Ups.
Tuesday – 6 x 400m w/ 400m RI (3 miles). 30 Push-Ups.
Wednesday – 30 Push-Ups. 20 sec work, 10 sec rest of [4 Inch Crunches, Modified Bicycle Crunches, Swivel Planks, Hip Thrusts] x 4
Thursday – Leave Maui, head to LA for DISNEYLAND!!!!!
Friday – Walk around Expo (ugh!). Walk around Disneyland.
Saturday – Disneyland 10K w/ Doug (recap coming).
Sunday – Disneyland Half Marathon (recap also coming).
Well, Doug survived his first official race, and I somehow, despite no long runs, survived the Dumbo! Yay! I get to take the week “off” from running and then I have to jump right into training for the Wine & Dine Half (I am getting a LONG RUN in if it kills me!)
I’ll go more into detail about the races (and who I met/saw) and the weekend when I do the recaps, but in the meantime…check out all the bling!
